Dogging Limbaugh ...

One of the perks of my new job is getting to listen to a lot of late night radio because I sometimes don't have time to hunt down tunes to rock out to. I was listening to a local NPR affiliate, which was freaking me out worse than Michael Moore's appearance on Jay Leno the other night. "I wanna look good for my tax audit ..." My head's still spinning. Did Pat Buchanan put out a hit on Moore or is he gonna try and run for office in '08?



So anyway, a co-worker saved me from the secular weirdness of NPR by pointing me toward a local AM affiliate which has picked up Al Franken's Air America Radio. SHIT HOWDY! They got the goods on that show. Okay, Randi Rhodes is a pain and a stereotypical J.A.P. but other than that, it's fun, like Berkeley Uni freshman barricaded inside the student station. I hope, with the burgeoning numbers of stations joining Air America, they gallop their broadcast megawatts right up ol' Harmless Fuzzball's ass crack.

And they were advertising Anne Coulter dolls! Somebody on my Winter Solstice List is getting one of those!
